Photoshop Elements 2.0 assistance needed!

Hello, I just had to reinstall my operating system (windows 7.0).  Now, I'm unable to download Photoshop Elements 2.0 from the DVD.  Can someone please provide instructions on how I can get my photoshop elements software reinstalled?  Thanks!!

    Did you ever have PSE 2.0 installed and working with your Windows 7 operating system?  2.0 is a bit old to expect to be compatible.

    Are you able to view the contents of the disc and find the setup file?

    Yes, PSE was previously installed and working.  I can view the contents of the disc, but the set file will not run.  Was I supposed to deactivate PSE before reinstalling the operating system?
