photoshop elements 7.0 download

I need to download Adobe photoshop elements 7.0.  I got this with the purchase of my bamboo touch.  My last desktop crashed and I purchased a new desktop and I have my serial # but no disk.  My adobe account has the product serial # registered with it but I am unable to find a download link.  Please help
