Ich hatte auf meinem alten PC Photoshop Elements, gekauft via Internet. Letzten Monat musste ich den PC wechseln. Nun gelingt es mir auf dem neuen PC nicht mehr, die Software herunter zu laden obwohl ich den Zugangscode habe.

Was kann ich tun?

Thank you very much Ned. But when I try this link I come to version 12. Do I have to follow that? Is that kind of an update and the price for version 9 is considered? Have a nice evening!
