Photoshop Elements 9 - Windows 10

I have Photoshop Elements 9 and I have upgraded to Windows 10. The program did not come across. I am trying to reload from the DVD but the computer is not recognising the disc. Is there anything I can do or is Photoshopnow just a coffee coaster?  Thanks

Download from Download Photoshop Elements versions 9, 8, 7 ​

Install then enter your serial number.

Thanks John. I should have thought of that. I have downloaded the two files but when I click on the .exe file is says -  the archive part of Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 is missing. Please download all files. There were only two to download so I'm stuck again.

The same thing happened to me, it wont let me open the files.
