In South Korea, we use WON currency to buy ACC plan, which is Credit card company's service named Dynamic currency conversion. DCC seems for customers' convenience because we can just pay with WON currency. But DCC have very critical disadvantage.

The size of the foreign exchange margin added using DCC varies depending on the DCC operator, card acquirer or payment gateway and merchant. This margin is in addition to any charges levied by the customer's bank or credit card company for a foreign purchase. In most cases, customers are charged more using DCC than they would have been if they had simply paid in the foreign currency.

We have to pay additional exchange margin for credit card company. That is not reasonable. That is not convenience. That is not good.

So I contacted to Adobe Help Center. He said we can pay with USD in Korea is impossible and we should make another adobe account in USA and pay with that account. Does this make sense?

Please we can pay with USD, not WON.

So basically you are saying, that Adobe told you to make an Adobe id (giving as location the USA) and buying your Adobe products using that account.

I have no idea if that works or if it is legal and I do not know if anyone here in that fora can help you on this behalf.

Sorry about that.
