Premiere Pro CC 2017 install
I have contacted technical support Ten times and have to say that it is abhorrent.
My issue is that I can't download the Premiere Pro CC 2017 through adobe creative cloud.
I had downloaded it and through my own troubleshooting figured I would uninstall and reinstall which I then did. When I went to reinstall it comes up with a retry without attempting to install in the first place. My original issue was that I had this:Error "Premiere Pro could not find any capable video play modules" | Startup
So, I did a DDU and removed my graphics card driver and put the latest one on. I have Nvidia 680m x 2 running in SLI.
I then tried disabling the graphics card via the device manager and my last step was an uninstall reinstall because I didn't want to edit the BIOS.
Now, I can't even get it on my computer. I have contacted technical support through chat but because I don't own a subscription I am refused help basically. I refuse to purchase the product without trying it out first.
Apologies for the rant as I've now spent 10 hours of my time trying to figure this out.
