Whenever I open a photo I recieve a message that says: "Fatal error - missing component /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Version Cue CS4/Client/4.0.0/VersionCue.framework"

What do I do to fix this?

Hi, I had the same problem after migrating the files from my old machine 10.6.8 to a new MacBook with Yosemite 10.10.2.

I had read at Adobe's that Photoshop CS4 couldn't work on Yosemite.

But I went to

Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Version Cue CS4/Client

where I found a folder called "4.0.1" with the "VersionCue.framework" inside.

I made a copy of the folder outside the Library, then renamed it "4.0.0" and moved it back into the /Client folder

I left the 4.0.1 there, no idea if it may be needed.

NOW MY PHOTOSHOP WORKS AGAIN !!!
