Set-up.exe - Entry Point Not Found

I'm trying to install Adobe Creative Cloud, but I end up getting this error message... "Set-up.exe - Entry Point Not Found: The procedure entry point QueryFullProcessImageNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll."

Then, when I click "OK", I get this Adobe Installer error message with the "Error code: A12E1".

Also, here is the CreativeCloudSetup.exe that I downloaded....

Can anyone please assist me with this?  I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks in advance.

Which operating system are you running?

Windows XP

Creative Cloud will not install or run on Windows XP.

You need at least Windows 7 SP1.
