I need to know what is the system requirements for Adobe Photoshop and illustrator CS6  both together to get the best performance .

Photoshop CS6 system requirements

Windows

In general terms, I'd advice at least an i5 processor 3.5gHz (or, for instance, an FX8320 octacore processor, if you don't want intel but prefer AMD), 8gb of RAM will be good for years. I advice an SSD (around 256gb) for installing OS and Adobe Suite to speed it up and a HDD for storage.

Graphic cards can give you some boost, but if don't game, 2GB of VRAM will do the work. for instance you can try an Nvidia 1050 or a RX460, those are two cards around 2-4gb of vram, newest models and pretty affordable.
