I have two different versions of that file in

    1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\D6
    2. C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\DWA

Both have legitimate digital signatures by Adobe Systems Incorporated.

"adobe installation" - what product did you install?

Anyway, TokenGenerator64.exe is a legitimate Adobe executable, but I have never seen it running on my system (Windows 7 with Adobe CS6 Master Collection).

I have just finished installing Adobe Master Suite CS6. After running set up of anything, I usually open Zone Alarm.

It's not currently running, actually the file IS gone, but it's in Zone Alarm's history of ran executables. Are you sure it's legit though? I've recently reformatted due to malware, and don't want to do it again.
