Trying to create Adobe ID. Cannot change country of domicile from USA to UK.....

Trying to create Adobe ID. Cannot change country of domicile from USA to UK, it just reverts when I go back to the info-filling-in page.

    Having the same problem here. I've lived in the UK for 20 years, so why I'm in the US as far as Adobe goes is a mystery? Will try  making a new ID...

    This is correct Ctussaud.  You will need to create a new Adobe ID if you now reside in a different country.  Please work directly with our support team if you need to transfer any products, subscriptions, or memberships to your new account.  You can contact our support team at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6.

    I have never resided in the USA. That is why, when using a computer in the UK as a UK resident, I am considered to be a resident American.

    Curzon it is not possible to change the country for an Adobe ID once it has been assigned.  Even if it was misassigned you will still need to create a new Adobe ID to change the country.
