Hi guys, need some help asap here.

My creative suite 3 server is retired and now they require me to reinstall using a new serial code.

(I have the new and old serial code but unable to get the activation code through phone as adobe no longer supports)

But I am unable to uninstall the old Creative suite 3 - Tried several ways to launch the uninstaller:

  • Not found in Control panel > Programs and Features OR Apps & feature
  • Not found in Creative Cloud
  • Not found in CS5 tools cleaner

Also, unable to uninstall using the newly downloaded copy as the error says there is a conflict of files.

Any way to do it manually?

Thanks !

Hi Amyhsieh,

As you have mentioned you would like to uninstall Adobe CS3 from your machine and have tried doing that in multiple ways however it is not getting removed, just wanted to confirm have you also tried using the Cleaner tool, if not please give it a try:Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems.

Also do you have this Adobe CS3 installed on your main machine or in an external hard drive, if it was on an external hard drive then you may simply delete it from there.

Thanks Bani !

I am able to uninstall the CS3 now!! but stuck at next step after installing the new copy,

the software did not for new serial code and still showing the old serial code and prompt me for re-activation.

I am following the steps from here : Obtain a new serial number | CS3, CS4

wonder if you could help with this too? Thanks so much!
