Hi Guy.s .
I am trying to uninstall Illustrator CS6 from my laptop . ( Windows 10)
Do I have to download a removal tool ?
It keeps telling me I have a configuration error and if I reinstall it , it may fix the problem but I don't have anyway of reinstalling it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks Robert
Robert9965, are the steps you performed, in the Youtube video, the same as those listed in Configuration error in Adobe Creative Cloud ?
At the moment I would recommend removing all installed Adobe applications and then reinstalling Illustrator CC. To perform a clean removal please complete the following steps.

You uninstall in the usual way, using the Programs Control Panel.

I tried doing it that way but it won't uninstall that way.

Robert9965 sorry, you are receiving a configuration error when opening Illustrator CS6 on Windows 10. What specific configuration error are you receiving? Could you post a screenshot of the error message? Information on how to post a screenshot can be found at FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video? .

When I try and open Illustrator it comes up with Configuration Error error 1 , it used to be error 16 until I followed a you tube video on how to fix error 16 and now I have error 1 . I even installed IObit uninstaller and even that couldn't remove illustrator.
