Hi,

I'm recently received UPDATE for Adobe CC applications when i press to Update then suddenly showing Update failed retry again i'll click on retry but nothing happen when i click on learn more there're message

UPDATE FAILED - Download error Press Retry to try again or contact customer support(49)

i'll request to solve out this problem asap.

This is not the first time I encountered error 49. Last time I just passed it up because it was just Photoshop CS6. This time there are more that failed. I checked the thread hoping the fix would take care of the error, except, it only said to check the log. Like I can read this! What is the fix?
