Upgrading Photoshop Elements 7?

Hi guys!
I have an old Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 and now I have a new laptop with Windows 10. I assume that Elements 7 doesn't work with this Windows version, at least I couldn't install it properly. Is it possible to upgrade Elements 7 to the newer version, or should I just buy the new Elements?

If you mean can you upgrade to the latest version without paying for it, that would be a "no".  But you should be able to purchase the latest version as an upgrade rather than paying the full price.
