Very Slow download of Lightroom

Question

I tried downloading this evening 3 times Adobe Lightroom in the Cloud to my desktop. I have the AT&T gigabit internet service and my internet connection is super fast. I use Norton utilities, but it shows no issues. Each time I try downloading it, it seems to take several hours just to download 10 to 25%. I don't have time or patience to wait on this.

I am thinking of skipping this and just getting Correl Draw instead which has the same features and costs 1/3 as much. I am not a professional user. I just want something to handle hdr merges and make my pictures look better. I plan on using it maybe 5 or 6 times a year.

I am using Windows 10. No other apps take this long to download.

This really is disappointing from Adobe.
