I have been asked to download Adobe Photoshop CS+ from another site.  But, I can't find Adobe Photoshop CS+ on this Adobe website.  What is Adobe Photoshop CS+?  Where do I download it?

I guess it might be Adobe Photoshop Extended.

If you are not sure , contact Adobe Customer Support via Live Chat or Phone.

Provide them the serial number of the application you are referring to , they will check with the serial number and provide you the details like the name of the application, version..etc

Photoshop CS+ is sometimes shorthand for any version of Photoshop after Photoshop CS (that is, CS2, CS3.....CS6, CC and CC 2014).

Is that what is meant?

As far as I know there is nothing formally named Photoshop CS+.  Maybe it is a typo or maybe you need to ask whoever told you to download it.
