Where can I download Web Premium CS4 PL?

I have bought Web Premium CS4 PL on DVD's long time ago, but now I want to install this on computer without CDROM. I downloaded installer for that package but english version from here:

Download Adobe Creative Suite 4 (CS4) products

because there are not any PL version, but serial number which I am putting there from my DVD pack is not working. Then I get info, that that serial number is to my polish version only.

So What can I do now? How can I get installer for my polish version? And WHY can not I just download it like other versions from here:

    found some dusty DVD player and through IDE -> USB adapter made that happen, but all this should not be THAT EASY!

    @kglad do you think I am mentally disabled? I do not have any DVD readers!

    Why big Adobe can not put my "polish" version in here Download Adobe Creative Suite 4 (CS4) products

    ? Together with the rest? Is it that hard to be impossible?

    you don't know anyone that has a computer with a dvd reader and usb port that would do you a favor?

    using a computer with dvd player, copy the dvd contents to a desktop directory and then copy that directory to a usb stick.

    move the usb stick to your other computer and install from the copied directory.
