Where is my purchase history?

I need to reload my updated versions of PS CS5 and Lightroom 5.  There use to be a webpage that stored my purchase history with Serial Numbers and updates.  When I look for it now all I seem to get is access to the newest versions (the rented versions).  When I register my original SN for PS it tells me it is already registered but will not show it to me.  How do I get to where it use to be stored?
