I understand that creating images just to see what can be created is a drain on your servers.  So, limiting charges to just downloads would not be fair to Adobe.  However, when I ask over and over for the video to NOT ZOOM, but have movement, left to right... and it ZOOMS.  Then I set camera to "Static" it ZOOMS.  I set camera pan left to right and it ZOOMS.  I have left "thumbs down" over and over again.  When the generation fails to follow simple instructions, we should not be charged.  Also, as others mentioned, if error messages prevent getting the file to download, you should not charge for those attempts, either.

I this was posted a while back. Do not want to make a necrothread, however I agree with the sentiment.

Said it perfectly, Im looking into other services do you know of any??

Your service is clunky. When creating useable content of any sort it takes a lot of trial and error working with the ai. Charging such a high amount of credits per generation limits the creative potential to such a degree that it makes your service useless. Once done with my current project I will be canceling my service and using any of the other ai generation services available.

I feel like until the bugs are sorted out or quality improves, credit should not be used for photo to video generatives. Rather if you download the video that was generated... then your credit gets used. The videos so far that I have been generating from still photos are not the greatest and it takes sometimes a few generations to get a decent one. It's such a waste of credits. I may cancel the subscription until it seems sorted out.

Mi è successo che l'animazione  richiesta presentasse errori grossolani, non mi sembra normale che si debba pagare se c'è un palese errore. Proporrei la possibilità di un rifiuto , inibendo il download e riaccreditando i crediti sottratti.

Hey @Montana30146197yjmd

You may also want to turn off "Fast Mode".
With "Slow Mode" you don't have to upscale your images. This saves you credits.

The other thing I would do is save an screenshot and your link to a seperate document: Google, Word, Pages.
This way you can come back to a past generation and modify it as you see fit.
Cheers

Half of my credits have been taken for generations that fail to load, that has "sorry, error" mode. Also Is it not possible to buy generation credits seperatley from the membership when you run out to fast and wwaiting for the next month to come?

Hello @ArtisticKay,

Thank you for your message.

Can you please show us what errors you are encountering? Please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including you avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing. If you were using reference images or keyframes, please upload those as well. Please tell us the prompt you were using. And finally, please also tell us what operation system (OS) and browser you are using along with their version numbers.

Thanks,

the majority of videos I've produced (I'm testing today for the first time), do not turn out well at all. Like, hilariously bad with weird things that weren't a part of any prompt. So, I redo them with different prompts. As a result, I've only downloaded a couple videos, but my account says I've reached my limit monthly limit and need to upgrade. Firefly should only charge for videos you download, especially when they know the videos don't always turn out well.

The video limit should apply to the number of videos actually downloaded for use. The results are hit and miss and most of the genrated videos are unusable unless you refine them and this takes many generations!

I don't think it is worth the time and money if you every genaration is counted towards the video limit.

Thanks,

Boris

As AI art generation is a highly iterative process. It would be very helpful if all credits weren't used for every mistake made; i.e. a concept of prototyping credits versus final art credits.
