Why cant you upload files on Adobe Cloud to send links to clients

I use Google drive to upload files to send to clients.  I thought as I'm paying for Adobe cloud why not use that instead.  Little did I know that you can't do that.   Why not allow people to drag and drop a file into a folder and then let them send a link to the client to download.  Very simple.  i never use Adobe cloud.  I understand it's so you can work on projects remotely.  Well that's fun when you've got a massive Premiere Pro project with all the assets and you want to work on it on the side of the mountain and your internet speed is dire.  40 years later and you managed to put in a dissolve.  Anyway, please think about what I've said.  I pay for your space but never use it, because it doesn't work for me in the way you've set it up.

It used to work like that - and it worked great! Then just when I finally transitioned to it over Dropbox, Adobe "Improved" the service, broke everything, and charged more. It is utterly and completely useless now.

From Cloud Document help page:

Your Creative Cloud plan includes different types of cloud storage—cloud documents, libraries, and Creative Cloud files (synced files). These have different uses and benefits.

"Uses" and "Benefits"? LOLOLOLOLOL!
