Вітаю. Придбав план на Іллюстратор. Оновив програму, але вона не запускається. Пише, що не вдається підключитися до серверів. Код помилки - 12015. Інтернет працює нормально, кеш почистив, перезавантажив. Нічого не змінилося. Що з цим робити? Дякую

I hope the suggestion to check the Adobe status page was helpful. If the servers are up and running, but you still see error 12015, please try signing out and back into the Creative Cloud desktop app, then restart your computer and Illustrator. Also, make sure your firewall or antivirus is not blocking Adobe apps from accessing the internet. Additionally, close all Adobe and Creative Cloud processes, then run Notepad as administrator and open the file named 'hosts' located at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc. Delete anything related to Adobe from that file, save it, and then try launching Illustrator again. If the issue continues, please share your OS version, Illustrator version, and a screenshot of the error so I can check it further.
