24.3.1 Provisional headers are shown

Explorer ,
Sep 26, 2021 Sep 26, 2021

I have a redirection URL but the redirection won't finish since the need cookies are not returned. When I calling the URL the request header shows "Provisional headers are shown". The google says someone is blocking the request. Is this a know issue on Illustrator 2020(24.3.1)?

Hi,

Thanks for taking notice to my issue. I really need help on this.

I don't have any adblock on my browser, not using any VPN or proxy.

Here I am using AI2020-24.3.1 - I have a plugin that has login button that calls a certain URL to connect to our server and to get some cookies and then redirect to actual login page.

And yes, when I am accessing this to chrome browser it works fine.

It also works okay when I am using AI 2021(25.x.x) version.

Sorry I can only share some details due to security policy on our company.

Thanks,

Hanna

Thank you for sharing the details. I can understand the security restrictions. However, I would suggest you to update to v24.3.2, released a couple of days ago. See if that fixes this issue.

Hi Anshul,

I upgrade my AI2020 to v24.3.2 but I am still experiencing the same issue.
