why doesn't appears the fonts in illustrator font menu when activated?

Sorry to hear about this experience. I hope the suggestions shared by Ton and Bill helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try the following steps and share your observations:

 

  1. Close all Adobe applications
     
  2. Uninstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application by using the uninstaller: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
     
  3. Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application by following the steps shared in this help article: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
     
  4. Relaunch Illustrator

Problems with Adobe fonts can sometimes be fixed by signing out from your Adobe account in the Creative Cloud desktop app and then signing in again.

Did you check Preferences > Type > Show Font Names in English?

If restarting your machine and resetting Preferences
