Is there a way a way to add Graphic Styles from Illustrator into an Adobe CC Library to share across a team? And if not, it would be great to have this functionality!

With a workaround:

create objects and apply Graphic Styles to them.

Drag the objects to a CC Library as graphics

Create a new file.

Hold down the Option key while dragging them from the library (or use Place Copy)

You don't need to place them if you only want to add them to the Graphic Styles panel; hit Escape.

Apart from Ton's advice you may also take the traditional route by saving graphic style libraries and share them.

Probably still more straightforward and reliable than using the ramshackle CC libraries.
