Adjusting size with arrow keys moving by 1p0 instead of 0p1

This problem is only seeming to happen when I'm working in picas (does not happen in mm, points, or pixels).  I'm working in Illustrator v. 24.1 on macOS 10.14.6 if that's helpful.

For as long as I can remember, when I'm editing the size of an object by typing in the properties window, I've been able to move the width/height up/down by 0p1 with the arrow keys.  If I press shift+arrow, it would then move by 1p0.

Suddenly, seemingly overnight, it's now moving by 1p0 with arrow keys and 12p0 with shift+arrow keys.  I have no idea why or how to change it back.  I've tried fussing with the keyboard increment settings, turning "snap to" off of everything, restarting both the app and my computer, but nothing is working.

Please let me know if you have any ideas!

In Preferences > General, check the keyboard increments setting.

Thanks for the idea!  I did try altering that setting, and it seems to have no effect on using the arrow keys in the width/height/position fields, though it does work properly to nudge things on the artboards and workspace.

I also tried turning "snap to" off of everything, restarting both the app and my computer, but nothing is working.

Do you have any other ideas?  Thank you!

There has been a 24.1.1 update, try installing that.

24.1.1 seems to be only available on Windows, and I am on the most up-to-date version of Illustrator for Mac.  Thank you!

You are correct. 24.1.1 is Windows only. I'm not able to check on a Mac, but it is working ok on Windows (no consolation!)

Is View > Snap to Grid or View > Snap to Pixel turned on?

If that doesn't  affect the setting you could try resetting preferences, and if that doesn't work you could try uninstall/reinstall using Adobe CC Cleaner tool.

I'm on Mac 10.15.4 and Illustrator 24.1. Cannot replicate the problem. With the increment set to 0p1 one arrow key press yields a move of 0p1; with shift the move is 0p10.
