I'm the teacher for a high school graphic design class. I tried accessing the Hands On tutorials with my beginning design students and when we click the link from the Adobe Learn website, it says "Can't load content". Then it directs me to browse something else from the Discover window. They're not there either. Anyone know why?

Hello @Tim24302988i8ft,
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Could you confirm the version of Illustrator installed, whether this happens with all devices in your class, and whether they are all on the same network, and provide a small screen recording of the problem, so we can better assist you?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

It's the latest version 29.7.1 but I've tried it on older versions as well. I also had a friend try on a different network and the same thing is happening. We've also noticed the same thing happening on MAC computers as well as PC. I noticed when I use the Help>Tutorials option within Illustrator it no longer has the Hands On specific tutorials. I had to go to the Adobe Learn website, find the Hands On tutorials there, and click on it to attempt to launch it. When it does, the screenshot I attached is what I see.

Hi @Anubhav M , it seems to be a bug. It works on my end on version 29.3 though. It was reported in this thread

I read through that thread. The bigger question is is what is Adobe going to do about it? Are they going to fix it??+-

Adobe will fix it, when? who knows
in the meantime install 2023 or 2024 if an earlier version of 2025 doesn't work for you.
I just re checked and Hands On Tutorials work on both versions
