I have illustrator on Windows. One time it asked me where I wanted my default saving location to be and I accidently chose desktop. Now everytime I ever wanna save a file it only sets me save on Windows and it won't let me switch back to Creative Cloud. I've tried going to File Handling under Preferences and it doesn't even SHOW the option to choose a saving location!!! I feel like i'm losing my mind.... does anyone have a solution? Please and thanks

In the save dialog box there is a button that allows you to "Save as Cloud document". You have to select a folder in order for the save button to become active in that dialog box.
The only other thing you can do is reset the preferences, then Illustrator behaves like it has been freshly installed and will ask you again when saving.
Resetting preferences worked, thx.
Also sorry for being rude.

Hey @Rei_Fay
When you have the file open:
Choose:
File = Save As
Save as will open up and give you the option to choose Save to Computer or Save to Creative Cloud
Cheers
Nate
