Try Opening a new file ( command-N / control-N ), in the Open / New dialog, choose EPS ( select fonts, Link image files ). In your .ai file, select all, copy, and paste into the new EPS file. Select Save.

Hi. I couldn't see the screenshot but maybe is a complex vector element? If so, try simplifying the file reducing nodes or flattening it.

Currently embedding images do not work, pleaseuse the Insert Photos button:

now you can see this is the problem i face several times.When i trying to save that file into eps(save as-save as type-illustrator .EPS) then the problem showed up.It literally takes so much time but didn't work out.
