AI Generator complains prompt violates "user guidelines" although it is not

I bought the Adobe CC a few days ago but the AI generation tool doesn't work.

I used the following prompt that the generator refused:

"a green parrot with yellow feathers", "flowers in pots" and etc.(( nothing works

and I cannot see how this violates any user guidelines.

Help me, pls!

what was the solution. I face the same problem but with acrobat. Is that a glitch or a real user gui...
