annoying pop up window

I'm new to illustrator CC...

every time i open it there is an annoying pop up window that looks like a helpful tip but you can't close it..

it gets in the way and the only way to remove it is to quit illustrator!!!

Anyone else have this bug?

better still how do you get rid of it?

It's killing me! hahahah!

Which system are you on?

Actually the close button should close it and then it won't reappear.

If it doesn't for you then something is interfering.

I'm using Illustrator CC17.

None of the close buttons work. You can't move it or click on any of the other buttons on the window!

i have to quit the program to make it go away. It drives me crazy!

They can log into your computer to sort this out.
