Annoying "Learn more" rollover in tools

How do you turn off this "Learn more" roll over feature.  Just upgraded .ai and the rollover any tool feature takes forever to close and I already know what I want to do.

I can't find where to turn it off and have been using .ai virtualy since it came out.  HELP!!!!!!!!

Turn off Tool Tips? Prefs, general panel.

OMG!  Duh 1000x How easy was that,  I don;t read well when I'm in the middle of a job and have to look in prefes.  Looked at least 4x and didn't see "Rich tool tips".  Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
