Arrow head customisation and configuration options

New Here ,
Apr 01, 2024 Apr 01, 2024

Arrow heads have been a feature of Illustrator for many years but customising arrow heads is difficult and time consuming.

  1. It would be great to have the ability to easily define and apply new arrow head types.
  2. There should be an arrow head align option for both the start and end arrows.
  3. As a stretch goal it would be great to define magnet locations on an object that arrows could lock to and move with.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for the feedback. Please note that the link you shared for an existing feature request on this topic was posted by me in 2017. It's now 2024 and this relatively simple but useful feature enhancement still hasn't been actioned. I remain hopeful.

It has only 9 votes.

Numbers count as well.

Hi Dane, it has now 10 votes. I agree adding arrowheads could be made easier.
