Hello,
I do a lot of sports uniforms where I use multiple art boards to set up the back of the jerseys. Typically i save it as one file so everything is together. I tried to open some of those files today and they will not open as one big file like normal, its making me pick only one page to open. There must be a setting that got changed, does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
Thank you
Hello, kylegexpress.
Perhaps you have opened a document created in Illustrator 2020 with Illustrator CC 2017 or earlier?
2020 and earlier versions are incompatible.
Furthermore, when opening in 2018 or later versions, it can support multiple artboards, but when opening in pre-2017 versions, multiple artboards will be ignored.
Sorry for the image of the Japanese version.

If you create a file in version 2020, open it in version 2020.
If you want to open it in a lower version, set a compatible version when you save it in 2020 and save it.
