AYUDA! Documento dañado

Tenia un proyecto abierto en Illustrator, cuando la computadora se reinicio repentinamente, y al volover a encenderse todo el equipo, abrió nuevamente el programa de Adobe Illustrator pero el documento no abria y me sale esta información "No se ha podido leer archivo porque el pluguin no ha entendido este archivo".... Necesito ayuda! para volver abrir este documento en .Ai.

Thanks for reaching out. Please try the steps suggested by Mario, that should hopefully resolve the issue. In case if you want to edit the file, after placing the file select the corrupt file and embed it and then ungroup, release clipping masks in order to edit the objects. In case if this is happening more often, please try the steps below:

 

  • Check your drives for corruption.
  • Check if it gets better when you only save on local disk.
  • Please check if it gets better when you deselect

Estoy usando la versión 2020 de Adobe Illustrator, estoy trabajando desde una iMac...

 Voy intebgar subirlo alguna nube, o abrirlo con Acrobat Reader

Prueba varias opciones como

1. Crear un documento totalmente nuevo y colocar (File - Place) alli el archivo malo

2. Trata de abrirlo con Acrobat Reader

Que version de AI estas usando, que sistema operativo, que plugin externo estas usando?

Podrias subir el archivo .ai en algun servidor gratuito (/dropBox, Wetransfer, CC Cloud etc) para echarle una mirada

Me funcionó subirlo a una nube y descargarlo en otra computadora con Abobe Illustrator y alli fue que pude abrir el archivo y editarlo

Desinstalar illustrator y volver a instalar, se pueden guardar las preferencias. A mí me funcionó.
