Bézier curves and Illustrator precision

Is there a parameter one can set to increase Illustrator's precision for drawing objects with Bezier curves such as circles?

Hi Jacob,

No, by "That can't be done accurately (meaning "not by hand") in Illustrator, as far as I know.", I am referring to getting hold of the control handles for an anchor point and precisely (with coordinates, not eyeballing) defining their endpoint. I don't think that can be done manually in Illustrator, but it can be done in script via PathPoint properties.

Of course, that is the only way to do it accurately/precisely (no eyeballing).
