Basic setting superscript and subscript

Hello, I have a question, can you set superscript and subscript somewhere in Illustrator in the basic settings so that you don't always have to set it up in each new document under Document and enter it under the Fonts tab. You can create a new file and always open it and save it. But then you always have to adjust the sizes so you could set everything up nicely at the beginning. is there due to this setting?

I would use character styles for that.

Or create and save a New Document preset with your settings. Then use this preset in the future.
