Bugs? scale/artboard/ruler

What kind of bug is this? It automatically changes the size in AI when I open it. If I close it without saving and open it again, the file is already changed and never reverts to the normal file.

It seems to be the same problem described in this Adobe Illustrator community thread. The Illustrator team is already working on a fix.

Yes, that should be fixed in the 29.8.1 update
