Can dell inspiron 14 7400 handle adobe illustrator

Can it handle adobe illustrator,  does it get hot, slow, or generate fan noise when you work on adobe illustrator?? I really need a laptop that can handle office work including research, plus adobe apps especially illustrator,  if anyone is having a better choice please list it here, thank you :tulip:🙏🏻🙏🏻
