Hi all,
After my Mac was updated with 2017 Illustrator CC I can no longer change the version in the save dialog.
Is this normal?
How do I send files to someone still using CS6?
thank you for reading

Have you updated your wacom driver since going to Sierra?

are you saying that the drop down list does nothing, or contains no other options?

Yes before I could click and change to all the previous versions of Illustrator. But since the upgrade clicking the box only changes the color and there are no more options like before.
I have tried restarts, and even was checking my trackpad click functions but everything is normal. Except Illustrator.
should I uninstall Illustrator and reinstall it?

Sounds like the next step to find out where the problem is.

What happens when you use the down cursor key and the blue line is around Illustrator CC as shown in your pic. You can use tab to get there if needed.
What version Mac OS are you running?
