Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my Adobe Illustrator. I can't download fonts, and whenever I try, it just keeps loading, and nothing happens.
- I have tried performing a clean install
- All apps are up to date
- I tried signing out and in again, but nothing, the problem is still there.
Does anyone know how I can fix that? I can't work properly and I have to deliver work on deadline.

Please when posting in future include your OS & software version. We can not really help you much without that we do not even know if you are on Mac or windows. If you take the time to post a question and include better information including screen shots, you will get a better response.
How exactly are you installing the fonts into Illustrator, or using fontbook or the font control panel? What are the fonts, do you have any old or free ones that might be corrupting your font cache.

I am using Adobe Illustrator 29.1 (Windows 11). I am installing fonts using the website https://fonts.adobe.com.com
I don't have any old fonts, all the fonts I am using come from the website.fonts.adobe and whatever font is already installed in Adobe Illustrator.
I have already signed in to the website and the Creative Cloud app, for example, I click "Add Family" to the font of my choice, in this case, Filicuni.
When I go to Illustrator after I add the font from the website, I realize that it hasn't been downloaded. When I do the same process from the Illustrator, I click to download it and it shows to keep loading and loading.
I hope I have helped you with the problem I am experiencing. It used to work fine but the last two days I am not sure what's wrong. I hope the screenshots help you too.
Lastly, I am sure this has to be connected somehow but I am getting the following message whenever I open the CC app.
