Can't finish previewing. There isn't enough memory

I get this error message every once and a while when it changes to outlines and I try to switch back to preview mode. I just added 16gb to my hard drive this month so there should be any issue of memory space on my computer. Help Please!

You want to either post exact specifications of your machine (and better create your own thread for it) and exact contents of the file

Or contact support. Weekend is near, so you might want to hurry up with that.

i am having the same problem, it randomly pops up and I have an imac with 32gb RAM, what can we do about this, because all that any forums can tell me is to upgrade but i dont need to I had a macbook pro 17" for 5 years with 16gb RAM and never had this problem the only difference is that I was not using the adobe cloud.

Hello everyone I have the same problem too, for a week i could not do anything in Adobe. In my case the decision is to update the video drivers(I updeted all drivers too). I hope my decision will be usefull for you. Sorry  for my English
