Can someone help me to fix a problem when I use 3D cineware on illustrator, and place a 3d model into illustrator. It couldn't open as the 3d model as i wanted. It appear as an Import text window. And when I open the same file .obj on 3dviewer, it opened properly.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. I'd recommend contacting the Maxon for this issue.
You may also try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin to see if it helps.

Regards,

Ashutosh

Hi @BrenHolleyGrx,

Sorry to hear about that. I would like to know if you have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin or contacting Maxon for this issue, as @Ashutosh_Mishra suggested above? If you are getting a "Text Import Options" dialog box while opening it, the file is most likely corrupted/ damaged, and it is not recoverable.

Thanks & Regards,

Anshul Saini
