Can't open file. The account you signed in with doesn't have access to this file. Contact the owner
Hi please help.
I guess my question may be, can you use the same adobe license in 2 different user accounts for Windows 10?
I have created a second windows user account. I can use my adobe services without any issue in the original user account. There is a google drive for pc connected to that user account already, but I have a different google drive that I want to access. I cannot figure out how to connect 2 g drives to the one user account although every google search says you can do it, so I created a new windows user account. I set that account up using the email address relative to the google drive I want to connect. All was good until I opened up illustrator and saw my creative cloud folder was empty. I hit the blue icon and was taken to the account page, which was the correct adobe account. I could see my files, however I could not open them in illustrator in the new windows user account I created.
I was able to create a document in that illustrator, and save it. So what I don't undersand here is, where is it saving too. Because it says it's logged into my adobe account, however I cannot access my files, and even though I can save the document I created, when I log back in to my original windows user account, the file doesn't show up there with the rest of my creative cloud files, so where is it being saved I only have one account.
But more importantly, why can't I access my creative cloud files in a different windows user account?
