Can't resize side panel after update

After the latest update to Illustrator, suddenly my right-side panel is too long and my mouse can't reach far enough to click-drag and resize. I didn't think this would be a difficult issue but here I am lol. Any suggestions? I will attach a screenshot showing how far down it goes.

Do you have a workspace saved? Try Reset.
