Cant see my printing window

yeah, I’m having trouble when I print out my work. usually, I would see a little window to adjust my image before printing but I can’t see it no more. I already try restarting my computer and redownloading the program and nothing work. What should I do??? and how does this happen

Hi. Have you tried resetting the preferences? https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/user-guide.html/no/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.ug.html

Also, did that issue happen just with Illustrator?

I just reset the preference right now I’m still stuck the problem and also yes, its only on illustrator. what should I do now? BTW thanks for the help

Hi there,

 

Sorry about the trouble. As resetting preferences suggested by @marliton didn't help. I would request you to share a few more details like:

  • OS and version of Illustrator
  • Does this happen while printing a specific document? If yes, could you please share the document with us? You can upload it to the Creative Cloud (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/share.html) and share the download link.
  • When did this start happening?
  • Are there any recent changes made to your system? For example, any antivirus, system updates, plugins, or web extensions installed recently.

 

Also, you may try the following steps and let us know how it goes:

  • Rename the CEP folder to CEP.old from the following location:
    MAC: /Library/Application Support/Adobe
    Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
  •  If that doesn't help, rename the extensions folder to extensions.old in the following location:
    MAC: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP
    Windows: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP
  • If that doesn't help either, uninstall the application using the CC Cleaner tool and reinstall from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
