CC 2019 crashes when copying objects by holding down the option key

Explorer ,

Since installing CC 2019, Illustrator crashes everytime I copy an object on the page by holding down the option key.  This is a function I use a lot and this is very frustrating.

We have seen this error pop up in our office, especially when attempting to option click from one artboard to another. We have solved the issue by using copy/paste instead but that is a weak solution to a big problem. Close as I can figure the crash is coming from the graphic workload of animating the drag process. If we drag the item a short distance it doesn't crash, do the same thing with faster hand movements or over longer distances and CRASH!

This could be related to the file size and ram errors I have been seeing. I read a report about a guy with a system using over 40Gb of RAMM getting errors saying he doesn't have enough RAMM. If that is occurring, then it is understandable that the program would crash when moving objects in ways that utilize the RAMM or graphics card to animate the move.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for the workaround. Since you have already submitted the crash, please direct message me the email address you used to submit the crash so that we can search that stack.

I never received one and didn't bother pursuing since the reinstall worked.
