Question

CC Libraries panel is blank in all Adobe Apps

I'm on a Macbook Pro, Mojave OS (my company will not let us update to Catalina yet). All of my Adobe CC apps are up-to-date.

My Libraries panel in Illustrator is blank. In InDesign and PhotoShop, if I click the Libraries panel from the Window menu, it opens for a fraction of a second and closes again.

I have tried:

  • Deleting the CC Libraries cache from ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/
  • Running the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool
  • Installing the latest Creative Cloud Libraries manually

None of that has worked.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this trouble. This has been raised by a few other users as well and Adobe engineering is currently working to address this issue. In the meantime, please try following the workarounds shared here (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html) and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Srishti
