Hi Adobe,I want to raise a frustration that I suspect many solo subscribers share, because I can't be the only one living this.I'm a single user on a paid individual Creative Cloud subscription. I work on my company computer during the day and switch to my personal laptop at home in the evening. One account. One person. Non-overlapping usage. Zero abuse of any licensing terms.Yet recently, I got Adobe’s warning notifications a lot, suspecting multiple users are using the same Adobe account, and got forced to log out or reset passwords to continue using the account. After contacting customer service, I was told that apparently the user can only SIGN IN (not USE) in ONE device at a time, and I am required to manually log out and log back in every single time I switch devices — in my case, that’s a minimum of four times a day. This isn't a workaround or an edge case. This is my normal, daily workflow as a legitimate paying customer.I understand Adobe needs to prevent concurrent account sh

Dear community, Today as often clickedon the LR shortcut towork on my photo but instead of launching normaly, I had the "Adobe Phtoshop Lightroom 6 Sign In " pop up. Than it directly goes to the Phtoshop Lightroom 6 Trial window. I click on License this software, put my Serial Number (bought in 2017) click on "Next" but instead of going to the next step, it reload the "Adobe Phtoshop Lightroom 6 Sign In " pop up. Did not try to uninstall the software as I am not sure it will help and not sure I won t loose my catalog. Any clue, on what happened? I can’t install any plugins for Premiere Pro through Creative Cloud I’m on mac m3 creative pro plan

Dear Sir/Madam,Ibought Adobe Design Stands CS6 from you in 2014 (see attachment for invoice). As far as I know, there were 3 licenses available at the time. Unfortunately, my old PC, on which the program was installed until a few days ago, broke. I installed the program on my new PC, but now it shows me that the serial number is already in use on 2 PCs. Consequently, my old PC is still registered with you. Can you please unlock the license for me again? If I have a portfolio website connected to my domain name and hosting, and I delete it from the hosting, will it still be on portfolio so I can simply reconnect?

Hello, since January 2026 our vulnerability scanners have been reporting a vulnerability for node.exe. The scanner is showing the detected file as Tuesday, January 13, 2026 Security Releases:Path: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\libs\node.exeInstalled version: 22.18.0.0Fixed version: 22.22.0All of our systems are showing this same vulnerability that use Adobe Creative Cloud.  Management has been asking why these vulnerabilities still exist. I have been fully updated multiple times since January and the vulnerability still exists.Obviously this came with the Adobe installer so why isn’t this file being updated when the applications are being updated?Thank you.

 I'm sorry, but I've been a CC client for years now and the Creative Cloud App is really by FAR the most bloated software I have ever seen! It is a DISGRACE!The syncing of libraries DOESN'T work. Hardly ever. And it leaves me, your paying customer (!) with exclamation marks in the system tray, which as an autist that didn't exist when I was born, with painfull frustrations, EVERY time. This post is years in the making, so please don't try to tell me how to fix it. YOU fix it! GDMD!!

In troubleshooting a Cloud Activity warning:"Libraries not currently syncingOpen the libraries panel to sync assets to Adobecloud storage." Where is this mysterious Libraries panel? (note that after I followed this path down a rabbit trail that I still don't know where the panel is still see the syncing error message).I felt confident when my search on Adobe.com led to a webpages that suggested that I should download and run AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg.What a foolish act. Running that app deleted the Creative Clous app.More clicking, another Adobe.com webpage had me download the CCLibrary installer. Whew.Too soon to relax. All Adobe apps disappeared from the Applications folder and Dock (except for Ps, but it's nonfunctional).I had to install LrC, Ps, and Bridge ......LrC v13.5.1 installed successfully, with catalog intact!Ps v25.12.0 installed successfullyBridge v14.1.2.300 installed successfully

Recently i spotted that my cloud filling up (Adobe cloud). When i checked - there are no files in it. I edit everything locally - nothing gets uploaded or synced to the cloud for security. My question is - what info is getting uploaded? How do i know that its not my client’s photos? 6gb of no files is a lot of space, am i going run out of space because if? What exactly is this info, does it have personal details?

I am not able to sign out from creative cloud

I changed my theme from dark to light and then back to dark, and things have changed. Now they black background is grey, which I easily managed to change back to black on the color editor; but the hover on the images is now white with dark text instead of dark grey with white text (as seen on the master template). I can't manage to fix that. Can someone help me? Thanks

Hey guys and gals, Seeing as most i can find on this subject is from 8 years or longer ago i need to ask this question as it’s pretty important to me. Right now i use the photographers subscription for my work but i’m going to follow a new study in graphic design. For school i need to use the Creative Cloud Pro subscription and i can get the student subscription for it. Here’s the important part. These days… Can i sell the pictures i edit and the graphic designs (posters, flyers, cards etc.) i make using the Creative Cloud Pro student subscription if i’m based in the Netherlands? In short. Can i use it for commercial use where i’m located?Hopefully someone can give me a clear answer to this. 

I’ve been facing this problem for months and Adobe still hasn’t done anything about it. Whenever I try to reset my Adobe password, the OTP SMS doesn’t come from an official Adobe source. It comes from random scam-looking numbers on what's App. Even if I block one, the next OTP comes from another unknown number.This is very serious concern regarding privacy and safety concern because most people won’t think twice — they request a code, they get one, and they type it in. But those scam codes can lead straight into phishing,  data leaks, or even losing  bank info without realizing where it started.I’ve reported this to Adobe support many times and even today to look into it seriously, but they don’t take it seriously. Most of the support seems outsourced and nothing actually gets fixed or taken very seriously. Why not let us just download the file like a normal program, instead of watching Creative Cloud fail to install it, over and over again? Why waste your customer’s time? Retry button… is it just a ceremonial gesture to keep clicking in hopes it will finally install? Yes, there is Acrobat_Set-Up_7075.exe which merely only initiates the fruitless operation in Creative Cloud… what is the point of that process? Has anyone ever managed to get this program to install? How did you do it?

Hi!I have been having an issue with my libraries being extremely slow for uploading, viewing, and even scrolling through the panel. I am drawing in Fresco, using Photoshop to label and upload to libraries, then animating in After Effects. My drawing canvas is large (6000x6000px) so I can zoom into the assets when I animate and there are a lot of assets in my libraries, but I've never had a problem in the past.The past few weeks, I've only been able to upload two or three assets at a time before the library gives me spinning wheels in all the thumbnails and takes about five minutes to freak out before letting me put anything else in the library. At times, all the asset thumbnails are loaded, but it just won't let me drop in an asset. In After Effects, the library panel will freeze and I won't be able to click or scroll. Closing and reopening the panel does not work. Restarting the program only lets me upload a few assets before it reloads or freezes again. This has made librar

This has been the same for 30 days though I know there’s a newer version. Reinstalled/fixed the CC app. Removed the OPM.db, refreshed the updates, Signed out and in… nothing seems to work.  As of 02 04 26 (Adobe for Enterprise)

I have a lot of files stored in Creative Cloud. I actually lost count of how many files I have created during the past 3+ years. I am at a point where I need, and want to, cancel my Adobe subscription, after some months of growing discontent with the company’s actions, policies, and the lack of attention it gives to their costumers opinion and complaints. It’s also too much money for me at the moment to be “renting” the company’s software and feeling like it offers less and less value as the years go by, instead of really owning a copy of it for as long as I want, just like the old times. This discontent just got bigger after I found out that, when in need to cancel an Adobe subscription, the costumer must pay what you call an Early Termination Fee. I do understand that the ETF exists because of the “early plan”.
