On my portfolio (website) my images are fine on the computer but when they are viewed from a phone and you try to zoom in on an image in the gallery page, the image changes to the next one.  You can zoom but it also changes to the next image.  Any help on what would stop that?   Thanks!!!Chris

Was there a recent data breach at Adobe? I just woke up to 2FA login request in the app that I do not recognize coming from the other side of the world. I was asleep while this happened so the request already timed out. However- it means a hacker got my Adobe email and password (fortunately it’s a unique combo not used anywhere else). HOW is that possible and WHY would anyone want my creative cloud credentials? To use Photoshop for free? Bizarre.

I installed Acrobat Pro (Adobe Acrobat 64-bit) with PC with Zscaler ZIA. After Acrobat is started, sign in window appears, but shown page is white and nothing is on the window.If I disable ZIA, signin page is appeared and I can sigin. After Signin, Acrobat Pro works with ZIA.Could you tell me which URL need to be whitelisted on ZIA for Acrobat Pro sign in?

I created a library and I am trying to share it with my team. When my team clicks the link or if I try to view my library on the web, it leads me to a page that says "Error 404: Asset not found." How do I get this library to show up and be sharable? The same issue happens when I try this using Ps, Id, and Ai.

You keep charging me twice. For the past 4 years of my college. Who can I contact for a complaint. 

adobe is a scam at this point. how is one suppose to contact them ? i am geting changed multiple different prices and i cant talk to anyone about this other than the community. is this therapy for adobe victims?

I am currently trying to transfer all of my files from my school account to my personal account. I do have a large amount of files (about 300) but only 180 are transferring over. I know this is not a storage related issue as I have 100 gb on the personal account and only 72 gb are used on the school account. If anyone has a way to get all of my files to transfer please let me know.

I wanted to get the free 7-day trial of Creative Cloud Pro, but I received an error stating that my account isn't eligible. Why do you think I got this error?

My Adobe Portfolio will NOT update after I make changes. It seems to freeze and not update at around 95% of the progress bar. can anyone suggest a solution please as I need my site to work. im using Safari, on a Mac. This is a new thing thats suddenly happening. how can I find out if theres an image thats maybe named badly, or corrupt, or two large.

I have a small printing business and I’m interested in trying Adobe’s 14-day free trial for Teams/Business before deciding whether to subscribe.However, I couldn’t select the 14-day business trial option on Adobe’s official website. It says you offer 14 days trial in your official website, but whenever I click it, only Individual and Student plan appears, not business one.Seems like this is a website or technical glitch on your end, specifically related to website interface issue that handles by your IT department. May I ask if the Adobe Teams 14-day trial has been discontinued?I would appreciate any information or guidance you can provide. Thank you! 

I want to forward an email from a scammer that someone is pretending to be from adobe support 

when I am adding social icons, there is one app I would like to be represented as well, it is the “foto” app, which is more essential to me than instagram. Could you please include this in your choices, or better yet, allow users to add icons of their own with appropriate links

I am getting charged by Adobe $43.29 every month when my adobe account does not have any active plans. I need these payments to stop as they are not for my account. 

I opened my Creative Cloud app today and had a notification pop up that an update was available. I could not do it at the time as I was opening the app to access other information/update a different program. Now that the notification is gone, I can’t seem to find where or how to update this thing. Closing/reopening it doesn’t bring the notification back.Customer service has been no help. I was directed to a page troubleshooting when other app updates aren’t showing in Creative Cloud, which is not my issue. I can see and update my other apps inside there just fine. 

I’m trying to create a new portfolio and I'm uploading photos straight from my computer. When I go to update site, when I look at it the photos I uploaded have NOT BEEN PUBLISHED! Then when I go back to edit website the uploaded photos disappeared. I have tried multiple times in a row, closed out of browser, and restarted my computer. I have used the portfolio builder in the past for other websites and haven't had this issue. I really need this sorted ASAP

How can i download my projects (videos and images) from Adobe Portfolio page? I want to take a break from the signature but keep the archives in my computer. Thanks!
