About a month ago, I received an email from Adobe informing me that my Behance account visibility had been limited due to “suspicious” activity on one of my projects, which was receiving a high number of likes. As a result, my work stopped appearing in Behance’s Explore, Discover, and Search sections.Since then, I have contacted Behance Help and Adobe support multiple times but have not received a clear explanation of why this measure was applied or how long it will remain in place. I'm actually tired of these red alert warnings telling me that my account may be compromised and then forcing me to reset my password. I assure you Adobe that my account is not compromised.  The fault is with you. I have three devices that I constantly use, which means I constantly have to sign-out of one device in order for me to access Adobe services on the other device. This sign-in and sign-out is already annoying enough. As you you know that every sign-out forces me to close all open adobe apps with hundreds of open files in them. It is frustrating enough to deal with this user experience nightmare you created, and on top of that now you are sending me your pathetic password resets adding to the frustration. I already tried to explain to you guys, you need to allow your subscription to cover three active devices. Hi!I have been having an issue with my libraries being extremely slow for uploading, viewing, and even scrolling through the panel. I am drawing in Fresco, using Photoshop to label and upload to libraries, then animating in After Effects. My drawing canvas is large (6000x6000px) so I can zoom into the assets when I animate and there are a lot of assets in my libraries, but I've never had a problem in the past.The past few weeks, I've only been able to upload two or three assets at a time before the library gives me spinning wheels in all the thumbnails and takes about five minutes to freak out before letting me put anything else in the library. At times, all the asset thumbnails are loaded, but it just won't let me drop in an asset. In After Effects, the library panel will freeze and I won't be able to click or scroll. Closing and reopening the panel does not work. Restarting the program only lets me upload a few assets before it reloads or freezes again. This has made librar

I have been using Adobe Portfolio to host where others can find all the photos I took on set, and has been working great as I have been able to upload massive galleries with some including over 1000 images on it. I have been able to this up until my last large upload back in late December 2025. Now I am going to upload the rest of the photos for a project I had just wrapped up and its reading “You have reached the maximum number of images per page.” I am now seeing that the max amount of images is 500. When did this change happen and what caused it? Only thing I have recently done is also have some stuff on behance, does that effect it?

I have a lot of files stored in Creative Cloud. I actually lost count of how many files I have created during the past 3+ years. I am at a point where I need, and want to, cancel my Adobe subscription, after some months of growing discontent with the company’s actions, policies, and the lack of attention it gives to their costumers opinion and complaints. It’s also too much money for me at the moment to be “renting” the company’s software and feeling like it offers less and less value as the years go by, instead of really owning a copy of it for as long as I want, just like the old times. This discontent just got bigger after I found out that, when in need to cancel an Adobe subscription, the costumer must pay what you call an Early Termination Fee. I do understand that the ETF exists because of the “early plan”. Hi! My Portfolio website was recently deactivated because my subscription had been moved to a different account last year. So I decided to remake the website on my active account. My active (and previous) plan was purchased through Surfspot, a Dutch site that offers deals for students. Recently Adobe introduced the profiles and honestly, I haven't checked it out properly and I haven't come across issues so far.  However today I had to pick a profile during login that I would use to create my new website on & I picked the one with my email instead of AdobeSurfspot Operational Console. But now I can't publish my website because it says I don't have an active plan on that account. So then I tried to figure it out and I saw that the Creative Cloud plan that I have is attached to AdobeSurfspot Operational Console, and not my actual email/account.  So my question now is, how do I bring the portfolio created on my personal profile to the Console profile? I'm not really

My Adobe Portfolio will NOT update after I make changes. It seems to freeze and not update at around 95% of the progress bar. can anyone suggest a solution please as I need my site to work. im using Safari, on a Mac. This is a new thing thats suddenly happening. how can I find out if theres an image thats maybe named badly, or corrupt, or two large.   

So I shoot everything on my Fuji X100V and directly export it to my pc from the sd card. All pictures are vertical, same aspect ratios. I load them into Bridge to sort them, move them afterwards into folders to have the final pictures. The pictures are saved as JPGs, approx. 12MB per picture. I then upload them as a grid into Portfolio and no matter what settings I use, this is what happens: When I click on the picture, everything looks fine, but in the grid pictures always get distorted. If I upload pictures one by one, the look good, but they are displayed too big for my liking, I would like to have a grid of 5 pictures next to eachother but I really am freaking out, because I cant find a solution. Pls help:) 

Hey guys and gals, Seeing as most i can find on this subject is from 8 years or longer ago i need to ask this question as it’s pretty important to me. Right now i use the photographers subscription for my work but i’m going to follow a new study in graphic design. For school i need to use the Creative Cloud Pro subscription and i can get the student subscription for it. Here’s the important part. These days… Can i sell the pictures i edit and the graphic designs (posters, flyers, cards etc.) i make using the Creative Cloud Pro student subscription if i’m based in the Netherlands? In short. Can i use it for commercial use where i’m located?Hopefully someone can give me a clear answer to this. 

Same isp ‘s modem, I have retired my Linksys WRT 1900ACS and replaced by a new Linksys OpenWRT 7 Pro ( MBE70, LN6001). after the new MBE70 took place, my Adobe CC won’t launch successful as usual.when I put the old 1900ACS back on, the Adobe CC works just fine.Is there any specific setting for MBE70 ?  google ai says it is a fault of the MBE70’s ipv6, but even I turned the ipv6 off, the problem still exits.  what should I do ?  much appreciate for your help.

It just get stuck on this screen for ever, I have tried everything I feel like, a fresh install, the cloudcleaner tool, let it threw my fire wall, its just keep boot looping. I gone down the file rabbit hole but only found more issues, apparently a the ‘Adobe Desktop Common’ folder never actually installed the ‘AdobeDesktopService’?I let it all through the fire wall and its still not installing correctly,I got a new installation of it but the same thing happened, After awhile of trubbleshotting, this new error started popping upI am a lost, I feel like I have tryed everything already, I dont know what else to do

I need to back up my cloud files to local drives. It appears that Adobe makes you download one at a time. This will take days and expose the process to errors. I thought I could move them into a folder then dowload the folder -NOPE! Anytime more than one file is selected, the download option is removed. It's 2025. This has been requested as far back as 2015. How is this not possible? Considering the history of cloud files vanishing, this seems like a good option. This is a very risky system. Can it be done? Thank for any help.

The blue sync arrow symbol on top of the CC icon in the macOS menubar reapper infrequently – I rarely, if ever, user Files or Libraries. Most often, this happens before or after an update. I’ve tried the reset shortcut, uninstalling, using the CC Cleaner Tool, solving the problem, but only temporarily. Opening the Files tab helps, too – sometimes there’s a blue dot on there, even if I have not changed any cloud documents whatsoever. It’d be great if there was anything I could do to keep this annoying clutter away.

I had a site which had so many photos I was unable to save.  Helpdesk indicated that this was the case.  So I am now trying to delete the site and create the portfolio in a totally different way.  However, after at least six hours I still have a message to say that it is being deleted and this might take several moments ‘ not hours.  Is there another way to delete the contents and thereby free up the site to reuse_ 

I am really disappointed that Adobe (the king of creative apps) has ignored a WYSIWYG website designer program, for all the creative people that don’t want to code a website, but are creative.Muse was ok, just had a couple weaknesses, but it was a great app.  I wish they continued to support it. Especially to launch it, without having to do a circus to make it open.  I wish they brought back GoLive, which was an easier program to build, than dreamweaver.  Yes dreamweaver is powerful, but not a design friendly app.  Adobe REALLY needs to bring this tool back to all the creative designers that still want to build custom websites.

ever since i updated creative cloud my external hard drive icons now default to creative cloud icon on left hand panel of finder window. this is not normal. how do i fix this? see attached screenshot. SSD drive is called “careful”. Computer restart did not rectify this. creative cloud version 6.8.1.865. mac os tahoe 26.2

I have a page on my portfolio website where, for some reason, the text box modules do not fill the entire content area.https://stormmcglashan.myportfolio.com/design-portfolioThe headers and descriptions for each of the sections within my design folio all have center aligned text, but the text box module itself does not fill the full content area and I don’t understand why. I know this is not the support channel but I want to broadcast in public.Somewhere in the last couple of months, Adobe added some new tech to try to catch people violating the license agreement.  As someone with multiple Adobe accounts who pays a lot of money, I respect and agree with enforcing licensing.  But your new tech is broken!As an individual, I am allowed to be logged into CC on 2 computers.  I have a primary Mac and a secondary MacBook.  For example, I am using Lightroom Classic on my main Mac and Lightroom or Photoshop on my secondary Mac on a regular basis.  Well, on a painfully regular basis, I am getting hit with these new “are others using your account?” nag messages.  Then, after about 10 days, I am forced to change my password and then I have to re-login on every device (including my mobile devices).Again, I appreciate the need, but your implementation is broken.  I have called support and reported this.  They concur that what I am doing (same person logged into CC on
