Changing auto save to on computer vs on iCloud

Hey there- I'm trying to have it be so that my default saving is on my external hard drive (Want to do a copy save both on the cloud and my external hard drive if I can)- tried doing this tutorial- and the option it showed in the video doesn't exist in my illustrator for some weird reason and i'm totally updated so I don't know what's up and on the latest iOS operating system. 

What gives?

hmm I'm on the latest version and also don't see it my install. Windows 11, Ai 27.3.1

It was removed in the 27.3.1 update.
